In the framework of the LIFE IP GrassBirdHabitats and LIFE Wiesenvögel NRW projects, we are announcing an exciting postdoc vacancy at the University of Groningen (RUG).
The primary objective of the postdoctoral researcher is to assess the agricultural socioeconomic and agroecological practices around three core areas in Germany: the nature conservation area Dümmer and the Elbe estuary in Lower Saxony, as well as north-western parts of North-Rhine Westphalia. The goal is to elaborate alternative business models to contribute to advancing nature-friendly farming systems. Emphasis will be placed on the social, ecological and economic aspects of sustainable farming.
